| Three reasons an item is returned:
- The item fails to perform properly in the field.
- The item was incorrectly ordered by the customer.
- The item was incorrectly sold or shipped by The Spa Works.
No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number
(RGA), which the customer can get by faxing or e-mailing
The Spa Works. Items sent in more then 30 days after original
receipt will not be accepted. Returned non-warranty items must
be returned in resalable condition, with a copy of the original
invoice that accompanied the item and all original packageing.
Returns will be credited to the customers account, no cash
refunds will be issued.
In the event that The Spa Works is at fault for the incorrect
shipping of a part, we will assume all charges associated
with returning the mistaken item, as well as promptly
shipping the correct item. Items that the customer no
longer requires, or that the customer incorrectly purchased
will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Again, items must
be in resalable condition and accompanied by a copy of the
original invoice, as well as an RGA number. No returns will
be accepted 30 days after receipt of item. Under no circumstances
will special order items, spa covers, or electrical parts be
accepted for return.
The Spa Works stands behind the original manufacturer's
warranty on all items purchased from us. The Spa Works cannot
be held responsible for any injury, damage, or loss of
property / life, resulting from malfunction or incorrect use
of any item we sell. The Spa Works will be responsible
for the replacement of defective items, as long as the
circumstances regarding the defective item, fall under the
manufacturer's warranty. Defective items returned will be
checked to make sure they fall under the manufacturer's
warranty, checking them for date codes, date of sale,
physical or chemical damage and signs of improper use.
Items that are returned with physical damage are not
considered to fall under the manufacturer's warranty.
In the case that you receive a damaged item, contact us
immediately. DO NOT INSTALL OR USE
DAMAGED ITEMS, OR THE ITEMS WILL NOT BE RETURNABLE.
All warranty items will be replaced or credited to your
account. No cash refunds will be issued.
All items being returned are the responsibility of the
customer until they reach The Spa Works. Use of a traceable
means of shipping, like UPS, is highly recommended.
